For Composer-based TYPO3 systems, run:

composer require ds-easy/typo3-routes

For legacy installations, download the package from https://extensions.typo3.org/extension/typo3routes and follow the instructions there.
Make sure the extension is activated in the TYPO3 Backend.
Then head to the First Steps tab.
